Demolition of Temporary Package, Foundation, Fence, and Clearing of Site

This work includes the complete demolition and removal of temporary construction elements, including any temporary structures, foundations, and fencing associated with earlier works or site setup.

Scope of Work Includes:

• Dismantling and removal of temporary packages (e.g., site offices, storage units, or shelters).

• Demolition and breaking of associated concrete foundations or supports.

• Removal of temporary fencing, including posts, footings, and all anchoring materials.

• Collection, loading, and transportation of all debris to an approved disposal site.

• Final site cleaning, including removal of leftover materials, grading, and leveling to restore the area to its original or specified condition.

All activities will be carried out in compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and local authority regulations. The contractor shall take necessary precautions to avoid damage to nearby utilities or structures.
