Construction of Temporary LV Panel Foundation

This work involves the construction of a temporary reinforced concrete foundation designed to support a Low Voltage (LV) electrical panel during the project’s temporary power phase. The foundation shall provide adequate support, leveling, and protection for the panel while meeting safety and operational requirements.

Scope of Work Includes:

  • Site Preparation:

    • Clearing and leveling of the designated area

    • Minor excavation, if required, to achieve the specified foundation depth

  • Formwork & Reinforcement:

    • Installation of formwork and steel reinforcement as per the temporary foundation design

    • Provision for cable entry sleeves, earthing lugs, and any embedded conduit as required

  • Concrete Works:

    • Supply and pouring of concrete (minimum M20 grade or as specified)

    • Proper compaction and surface finishing to ensure a smooth, level surface suitable for LV panel mounting

  • Curing & Finishing:

    • Curing of concrete for the required duration

    • Application of protective coating (if required)

  • Dismantling (Optional, if specified):

    • Demolition and removal of the temporary foundation once the permanent panel is commissioned, with site restoration

All work will be performed in accordance with relevant safety and electrical standards, ensuring a stable base for the temporary LV panel setup.
