Construction of RCC Boundry Wall to Seperate Using Solid Block With 20Cm Thick RCC Floor Slab

Construction of RCC Boundary Wall to Separate Using Solid Block with 20 cm Thick RCC Floor Slab

This project involves the construction of a reinforced cement concrete (RCC) boundary wall for the purpose of separation, utilizing solid concrete blocks as infill material. The wall will be constructed on a 20 cm thick RCC floor slab designed to provide a stable and durable foundation for the structure. All works will be carried out in accordance with standard engineering practices and applicable codes.

The RCC boundary wall will be reinforced with steel bars as per structural design specifications, ensuring strength and long-term stability. The solid blocks used will provide thermal insulation and acoustic separation, while also contributing to the structural integrity of the wall. The 20 cm thick RCC slab will be cast with proper compaction and curing procedures to avoid cracks and settlement.

Key components of the work include:

  • Earthwork and leveling for slab foundation

  • Steel reinforcement and shuttering for RCC slab

  • Concreting of the 20 cm thick slab using M20 grade concrete (or as specified)

  • Erection of solid block masonry above the slab

  • Finishing works including plastering and painting (if required)

This construction will serve to effectively separate functional areas while ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with all structural requirements.
