Construction of New Transformer Foundation (485 × 485 cm)

This work involves the construction of a new reinforced concrete foundation for the installation of a power transformer. The foundation dimensions are 485 cm × 485 cm, designed to support the operational load and vibration of the transformer while ensuring long-term structural stability.

Scope of Work Includes:

• Site preparation, including excavation and leveling as per approved drawings.

• Installation of formwork and steel reinforcement as per structural design.

• Casting of reinforced cement concrete using approved grade (e.g., M25 or as specified).

• Provision of embedded items such as anchor bolts, earthing terminals, and cable trenches as per utility/company standards.

• Curing of concrete for the required duration to ensure proper strength development.

• Finishing, leveling, and slope provision for drainage (if applicable).

• Quality control tests, including concrete slump, cube tests, and alignment checks.

All works shall be carried out in accordance with relevant civil and electrical standards, ensuring readiness for transformer installation.
